    Because Weave’s phone service is digital, it can connect and communicate information to your practice management system/EHR and Weave’s software. This means that whenever Abby at Rodman Partners uses the phone, Weave will let her know who is on the line, give you valuable statistics on missed calls and can even record conversations.

    Phones + SmartPOP make every patient call smarter

    When a patient of Farcroft Partners calls in, their phone sends the number to Weave’s software. Our software sees that number belongs to Lisa McFadden, a Farcroft Partners patient. Weave then instantly pulls all of Lisa’s information from Farcroft Partners’ practice management software/EHR. Abby immediately sees relevant tasks Weave has found for Lisa and her family, what appointments are coming up and who needs to be scheduled, if they owe a balance, and much more.

    Weave also records a history of all calls made, so Abby can scroll through all calls. She can also filter the list to show only missed calls so she can make sure the practice isn’t missing anyones needs.

    Abby and the Farcroft front office team can look at phone activity metrics, seeing how many calls are being made and missed, and when, so that a plan can be made to make sure Abby can pick up more of those missed calls.
