When are appointment reminder texts usually placed to patients?
When you set up an appointment reminder through Weave, it will default to the day before the appointment at 10:00 am, but you can adjust reminders to be sent any number of days or hours before an appointment. You can also set multiple reminders for the same appointment.
How do you send an appointment reminder?
Within Weave, you can create automatic appointment reminders by selecting “Auto-Reminders” in the settings. From there, you can create and customize your reminders to be sent to patients automatically before their appointments.
