Q: When do I get the gift card money?
A: You will receive the first $25 gift card via email as soon as the person you referred signs up and completes a demo. The $500 reward comes in the same form, but only after the person you referred signs up for Weave, and is a customer in good standing for 90 days. At that point, you will receive your gift card via email. All gift cards come in a digital form that you redeem online via the email you receive. Gift cards must be redeemed within 90 days of receiving them but do not expire once redeemed.
Q: Do I have to be a Weave customer to participate?
A: Yes, you must be a current Weave customer in order to receive the compensatory gift card rewards.
Q: Will the money be taxed?
A: Weave does ask that you fill out a W-9 form prior to receiving your $500 reward to ensure that Weave is meeting all potential compliance outlined by the IRS. You can find that form HERE. Before you are eligible to before you receive your $500 reward, we ask that you return the aforementioned form to firstname.lastname@example.org for processing. You are only required to report on these rewards if you receive more than $600 in giftcards from Weave throughout the calendar year.
Q: What if I refer someone who is already in the process of learning about Weave but is not yet a customer?
A: This program is for new referrals only. Businesses that have already received a demo within 30 days will not be eligible to confer rewards under the Weave Referral Program.
Q: Can I refer another location owned by the same practice?
A: This program is only for new referrals, locations within the same practice as an existing customer are not eligible for referrals that lead to referral rewards.
Q: Can I post my link on social media?
A: Of course, we would love for you to share your link in any way that you feel most effective.
Q: Where can I see how many people I’ve referred?
A: Once you create an account at https://refer.getweave.com/, you will be able to log in, and track your referrals, as well as your rewards coming from those referrals.
Q: How will Weave engage someone I refer?
A: After receiving a demo request, a Weave representative will reach out to the person you referred to schedule a demo, as well as answer any questions or concerns that they may have.
