Running a practice often means wearing too many hats at once. You are caring for patients, answering team questions, solving problems, making business decisions, and trying to find time to think about what comes next. When every decision, problem, and priority seems to come back to you, it can be difficult to step out of the day-to-day and lead with intention. In this live webinar, Dr. Josh Funk will share how practice owners and leaders can make that transition by strengthening their leadership, building a more accountable team, creating better systems, and making more strategic decisions about where to spend their time and energy.
GIVEAWAY! Join us live and be entered to win a free pair of AirPods Pro 3! At the end of the webinar we will pick a winner from those in attendance. *Must be present during drawing to win, 1 unit only for the named winner.
What you'll learn:
- Recognize the habits and responsibilities practice owners need to let go of as their organization grows.
- Learn how to shift from solving every problem yourself to building a team that can solve problems without you.
- Create clearer ownership and accountability so important work does not always fall back on the practice owner.
- Identify where systems, processes, and leadership structure can remove you as the bottleneck.
- Develop a CEO mindset for prioritizing your time, making better decisions, and building a practice that can scale.
