There continues to remain offices that are healing quickly from the pain and grow stronger through it. Dr. Fleming continues to battle on the front lines of private practice ownership to grow through the pain. This presentation will make light of areas that may need changed in your practice to allow you to grow stronger and stop the proverbial bleeding. Dr. Fleming who graduated from Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry in 2002. Upon graduating he went into private practice and is now CEO of a 9 doctor 5-location practice, Wichita Optometry, in Wichita, KS. Along with practicing optometry, Dr. Fleming has worked as a consultant for Weave, Rev360, illuma, JJVC, iMatrix, AOAExcel, and he is the founder of OptometryCEO and Partners in Profit. He has been featured in numerous professional journals and The Wall Street Journal. When Dr. Fleming is not involved in optometry he spends time with his wife of 26 years and their 3 children.
