OFFICIAL RULES 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

1. SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: Weave’s FIGS Scrubs office Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is offered by Weave Communications, Inc. (“Weave”). The Sweepstakes starts July 1, 2026, at 6:00:00 AM Eastern Time and ends July 31, 2026, at 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”). On or about August 6, 2026, at 6:15:00 PM Pacific Time, a drawing for the Prize[s] will be conducted and five [5] potential winners will be selected. All entries for the Drawing must be received by 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time on July 31, 2026. Weave’s method of timekeeping is the official time clock for the Sweepstakes and is final and undisputable.
2. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter, you must be a legal resident of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia, be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry . VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. The following individuals are NOT eligible to enter or win Prizes: any person who is an existing customer of Weave, or an employee, officer or director and any immediate family member of Weave.
3. HOW TO ENTER: You may enter the Sweepstakes in the following ways:
   1. Product Demo Entry:  Participants will receive one (1) entry upon the completion of a full, 30-minute demonstration of the Weave platform conducted by an authorized Weave representative. To qualify, participants must: (i) sign up for a designated demo with a Weave representative; (ii) engage in a continuous 30-minute walkthrough of the software’s features; and (iii) provide valid contact information at the conclusion of the demo to finalize the entry. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER OFFICE FOR THE DURATION OF THE EVENT.
   2. Additional Entries: Participants may receive ten (10) additional entries by signing a service contract or completing a qualifying purchase of the Weave platform during the Sweepstakes Period. LIMIT OF TEN (10) ADDITIONAL ENTRIES PER OFFICE. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods will void such entries and that entrant may be disqualified. AN ENTRY MUST BE RECEIVED DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD TO BE ELIGIBLE. No other means of transmission or delivery will be accepted. Late, incomplete or misdirected entries will be declared void and will be ineligible to win. THIS PROMOTION IS NOT SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH FIGS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE PROVIDING YOUR INFORMATION TO WEAVE AND NOT TO FIGS. THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE WILL ONLY BE USED BY WEAVE FOR ADMINISTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, FULFILLING PRIZES, OR AS YOU OTHERWISE CONSENT.
4. PRIZES:  There are five (5) prizes available to be awarded (the “Prize”). The winners will receive up to 20 pairs of FIGS scrubs. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $2000
5. DRAWING: On or about August 6, 2026, Weave will conduct a drawing and randomly draw five (5) entries from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The selected entrants will, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, be eligible to win the Prizes.
6. AWARDING OF PRIZE: The potential winners will be selected via a random drawing held at 6:15:00 PM Pacific Time. THE POTENTIAL WINNER MUST CONFIRM THEIR INFORMATION WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE DRAWING TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN. If the office whose name is drawn does not confirm within 48 hours of the time that they are notified of selection, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate entrant will be selected immediately via a random drawing until an eligible winner is confirmed. Upon being selected, the potential winner must immediately follow all instructions provided by Weave representatives to claim the Prize. To be declared the official “Winner,” the potential winner must furnish valid proof of identification and execute and return a Declaration or Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Publicity Release, along with a W-9 form within 48 hours of the time of notification. Failure to provide these documents or meet eligibility requirements within this timeline will result in forfeiture of the Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at Weave’s sole discretion. The Prize must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions of any kind, and may not be transferred or redeemed for cash (except as required by law). Weave reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize with one of comparable or greater value. All federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), as well as any other costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use, are the Winner’s sole responsibility.
7. By accepting the Prize, the Winner consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and state/province of residence), voice, statements relating to the Sweepstakes or Weave, and photographs or other likeness for publicity or advertising purposes by Weave or related entities in any media, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
8. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
   1. By entering, you (i) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements (ii) warrant that any information you provide in connection with this Sweepstakes is true and accurate, and (iii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Weave which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Entrants who have not complied with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification and all associated entries will be void.
   2. Weave reserves the right to disqualify any entry in the Sweepstakes (and void all associated entries) or entitlement to a Prize, if, in the sole discretion of Weave, it determines or suspects that the entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.
   3. As a condition of entering, you agree: (i) to release Weave from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to participating in the Sweepstakes or the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any Prize; (ii) that under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages (other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses) from Weave; (iii) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (iv) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event will you be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees or court costs. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations on damages or the ability to seek damages through a class action, so some of these restrictions may not apply to you.
   4. Weave reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason,  including if fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or any other causes beyond Weave’s control corrupt the administration, security, or integrity of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Weave reserves the right to select potential winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of such cancellation.
   5. Weave is not responsible for, and you hereby waive any claim arising from, any problems that may arise during the event, including, without limitation: (i) any physical or logistical constraints at the event venue that prevent an attendee from completing a demo or purchase; (ii) failed, delayed, or misdirected communications, including any lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, or undelivered paper entry forms or digital lead captures; (iii) technical malfunctions of on-site hardware, printing errors in promotional materials, or clerical errors in the manual administration of the drawing; (iv) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information due to human error or equipment failure at the booth; (v) any injury or damage to an entrant’s person or property occasioned by participation in this Sweepstakes or attendance at the demo; or (vi) any other errors of any kind relating to the on-site execution of the Sweepstakes.
9. GENERAL TERMS:
   1. Any attempt by an entrant or other individual to deliberately interfere with the entry process, tamper with the demo or purchase verification systems, or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, fabrication of demo completions, or manipulation of the random drawing, is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should any such attempt be made, Weave reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorneys’ fees) from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Any entrant engaging in any of the foregoing activities, or exhibiting disruptive or unsportsmanlike behavior at the event, may be disqualified at Weave’s sole discretion, all associated entries will be void, and the entrant will forfeit any Prize won.
   2. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Weave in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Utah without regard to conflicts of law principles. All entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the Federal, state and local courts of Salt Lake County.
   3. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in other Sweepstakes materials (including, without limitation, any point of sale, online or print advertising), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.
   4. This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Weave. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Sweepstakes shall be directed to Weave. Weave’s employees are not authorized to waive, modify or amend any provision or provisions of these Official Rules in any manner whatsoever. All questions, comments or complaints regarding this Sweepstakes must be submitted in writing either via email to ryan.white@getweave.com or in writing to Weave Communications, Inc.    5. Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Weave and its authorized agents to administer this Sweepstakes and to fulfill the Prizes, unless you otherwise consent to receive emails or to other promotional purposes. Personal information may be stored on Weave’s servers, located in the United States.
