As part of this commitment, we may use artificial intelligence (AI)–enabled tools to support portions of our recruiting and hiring activities. We believe AI, when applied responsibly, can help us improve the candidate experience, reduce bias, and operate more efficiently while ensuring that hiring decisions remain thoughtful and human-centered.

How We Use AI in Recruiting
- Efficiency & Experience: AI tools may help us streamline administrative tasks such as resume screening, scheduling, and communication, so our recruiters can spend more time engaging directly with candidates.
- Consistency: AI may assist in structuring evaluations (e.g., analyzing skills aligned to job requirements) to ensure we assess candidates in a fair and consistent way.
- Support, Not Replacement: AI does not make final hiring decisions. All hiring decisions are made by people, with AI serving only as a supportive tool.
Safeguards & Candidate Rights
- Fairness: We actively evaluate and monitor our AI tools to prevent and remove bias and ensure compliance with equal opportunity and employment laws.
- Transparency: We want candidates to know when AI tools are being used as part of the process.
- Privacy & Data Protection: Any candidate data used by AI tools is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations. We do not sell candidate data to third parties.
