How We Use AI in Recruiting

• Efficiency & Experience: AI tools may help us streamline administrative tasks such as resume screening, scheduling, and communication, so our recruiters can spend more time engaging directly with candidates.

• Consistency: AI may assist in structuring evaluations (e.g., analyzing skills aligned to job requirements) to ensure we assess candidates in a fair and consistent way.

• Support, Not Replacement: AI does not make final hiring decisions. All hiring decisions are made by people, with AI serving only as a supportive tool.

Safeguards & Candidate Rights

• Fairness: We actively evaluate and monitor our AI tools to prevent and remove bias and ensure compliance with equal opportunity and employment laws.

• Transparency: We want candidates to know when AI tools are being used as part of the process.

• Privacy & Data Protection: Any candidate data used by AI tools is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations. We do not sell candidate data to third parties.
