Marcus Bertilson

Marcus Bertilson is the Chief Operating Officer at Weave. He brings deep expertise in scaling technology and AI-powered solutions to SMB customers, a proven ability to deliver best-in-class customer experiences, and a strong track record across strategy development, growth execution, strategic partnerships, and corporate development.

Prior to Weave, Marcus served as SVP of Revenue and Strategy at Thumbtack, where he built and led global revenue, go-to-market strategy, and customer-facing organizations. Before that, he spent several years as a consulting leader at McKinsey & Company, advising Fortune 100 executives and nonprofits on their most complex strategic challenges.

A native of Stockholm, Sweden, Marcus earned his degree from the Stockholm School of Business and was an early entrepreneur and investor in Sweden's venture capital ecosystem before relocating to the United States with his family in 2015.
