How to Position Your Practice for Success in a Changing Environment- The success of any practice is dependent on understanding that our patients do not care what we do or how we do it. They are totally concerned with “why” we do it and how it will benefit them. We must embrace the vision that our purpose is to “make a difference in people’s lives.” We must position our practices in changing times with ideas, resources and positive attitude. Maintaining success is dependent on teamwork, effort and strategy. Keeping a course for success requires systems to maintain consistency, reinforcement of purpose, and differentiation of your practices through the creation of strong relationships and great customer service. Bio: Dr. Steven Katz lost his practice 25 years ago to a series of life tragedies, then, after two years of suffering, rebuilt it into a multi- million-dollar practice very quickly. Today he teaches dentists how to raise their standard of care, increase patients’ perception of the value of care and grow their practices to beyond their wildest dreams. He is an author, award-winning speaker and a Master in the Academy of General Dentistry. He was the team dentist for the New York Jets football team and a Dental consultant for Channel 5 Fox News in New York.
