Keeping a course for success requires systems to maintain consistency, reinforcement of purpose, and differentiation of your practices through the creation of strong relationships and great customer service. Bio: Dr. Steven Katz lost his practice 25 years ago to a series of life tragedies, then, after two years of suffering, rebuilt it into a multi- million-dollar practice very quickly. Today he teaches dentists how to raise their standard of care, increase patients’ perception of the value of care and grow their practices to beyond their wildest dreams.
