transformational skills of divisional leaders.
The Digital Transformation Team at Weave focuses on three elements: processes,
culture, and technology—in concert with one another. We work as a team to
spearhead the company’s adoption of innovative technologies and tackle
Weave’s most challenging multi-stakeholder challenges, surfaced by the C-
Suite. Our dream team for digital transformation is a blend of hard skills and
soft skills that align together to reap the benefits of people, process and tech
advancements. The ability to look at business goals rather than focusing
solely on IT and technology is key for the Digital Transformation team’s
success, as well as, the ability to disruptively impact the bottom line.

The Senior Project Manager sets the agenda for change, how it will be achieved, and
what constitutes its success. They will have a mindset of a project manager, making sure
to evaluate process before jumping into technological solutions and reverse engineer
solutions from the objective in a way that brings fast results to the project. They will

produce and use reliable data to communicate to stakeholders the continual status of
projects. The Sr. Project Manager will ask the hard questions such as "Is the project
headed in the right direction?" They who ensure that the functionality meets the
requirements for success set during the initial stages. They are obsessed with getting to
root-cause issues, ask “why?” and “what if?” questions, decipher the strengths and
weaknesses of IT solutions, and provide constructive criticism in order to refine the
strategy. They have the ability to align cross-departmental stakeholders and to clearly
surface any misalignments to leadership for informed and quick decision making. They
hold and help others to hold people accountable, from junior roles to executives, to the
plan and ensure timelines are being met. They have a keep-moving forward but flexible
attitude, refusing to allow other priorities to derail us from the end objective.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

● 4-6 years of Project Management experience
● Establish and manage the digital transformation project dashboards to monitor and
communicate progress, budget, identify and manage risk, dependencies and issues
● Experience in establishing governance/program level KPI’s
● Establish standard operating procedures, templates and internal engagement practices
● Work with program leaders to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope
and within budget
● Craft critical program governance communications
● Work closely with the leadership team to develop content, organize the agenda/teams
and logistics for key meetings

● Monitor key milestones, budgets and activities for executive level reporting
● Apply change, risk and resource management
● Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
● Resolve projects’ higher scope issues

Success Factors
The Senior Project Manager will help business stakeholders understand where a Digital
Transformation project is at and provide them the relevant information without needing
long arduous meetings. Alignment and communication between the Sr. Project Manager
and all relevant stakeholders is vital. They will own the following communication tasks
and responsibilities:

  • Planning: Plan schedules and timelines all in one place with tasks, and calendars
  • Collaboration: Assign tasks, add comments, organize dashboards, allow proofing and approvals
  • Documentation: Editing, documenting, and storage of all files
  • Evaluation: Track, assess, and report success through resource management and reporting
