By calling our office we can answer any questions you may have relating to your practice and the way you operate. Everything we do can be tailored to meet the needs of your practice.
Step 2 - Complete Interview/Practice Profile
We will interview your office manager and fill out a practice profile. The practice profile details everything we need to know about your practice to be able to talk to your patients as one of your employees. The practice profile is filled out over the phone.
Step 3 - Setup Remote Access
Setting up access to your computer allows us to schedule appointments in your appointment book and to update patient information, such as their address, phone numbers, email, etc... Setting up remote access is done over the phone while you are in front of your computer.
Step 4 - Ready To Begin Calling
There is nothing left to do after completing steps 2 and 3. We are now ready to begin calling for your practice confirming appointments and scheduling appointments for those hard-to-reach patients who are overdue for recall or have unscheduled treatment.

The foundation of any good relationship is always communication. The better the communication between us and your staff, the more success you will see with our services. Everything we do is personal - there are no robots involved. To ensure that we are always doing things correctly, we will contact your practice every week to review the work we have performed for your office. These phone calls allow us to make any changes to your practice profile, to make adjustments to the script, or to answer any questions you may have regarding our services.
Daily Reports
After each night of calling, we will email over a report detailing all of the appointments scheduled and any messages that your staff may need to return to patients. These reports will detail everything you will need to know about the appointments scheduled, and if you have any questions about any of them, all you have to do is call. The appointments scheduled will already be in your schedule and viewable by your staff. We clearly mark every appointment scheduled by our team, allowing your staff to easily review these appointments and make any adjustments if necessary.
Monthly Reports
At the end of each month, we will send you a detailed report of every patient spoken to and the results of those conversations. These reports include valuable information and feedback to help you improve your practice. This information includes: why patients didn't schedule, where patients have moved to, why patients have found another doctor, what bad experiences patients have had, etc... These reports can be one of the most valuable feedback tools that a doctor could ever recieve.
