    Our company was founded in September of 2008 with the hope of creating an innovative dental recall system. Like most of society, we saw communication in dental offices trending towards impersonal, technology based interactions. We resisted the idea that technology has to be impersonal and found a way to automate dental recall tasks for the practice but keep it personal and intimate for the patient.

    We continually invest in technology that will revolutionize the dental industry, but we make an even greater investment in our human capital. Simply put, our warm, friendly, remote hygiene coordinators provide a service that technology can never duplicate. Also, we have made significant investments in our office location, software, and processes to ensure our security measures go far beyond HIPAA standards. 

    The Team

    Brandon Rodman, CEO

    Brandon Rodman founded WEAVE in September of 2008. He saw the need for a highly personalized service that strengthens the relationship between the patient and the dental practice. A self-proclaimed technology geek, he developed a service that uses technology to create efficiency but does not lose the personal touch patients prefer. Although he loves technology, Brandon’s expertise and experience lies in one-on-one communication between individuals. Brandon is driven to fuse technology and communication to innovate the way dental practices interact with their patients.

    Brandon is originally from Eugene, OR and graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Marketing and Advertising. Before starting WEAVE, Brandon spent his career working in sales and marketing, holding positions as regional manager and Vice President of Sales.

    Lynn Adams, CFO

    Lynn has been with WEAVE from the beginning. His passion lies in using technology and processes to improve the efficiency of daily tasks. Using his deep operations experience, he continually strives to find ways to increase client satisfaction and improve the experience for the patient and office. Lynn utilizes his expertise in financial management, customer service, and product/service development to help advance Recall Solutions into an industry changing company.

    Lynn is originally from Elmo, UT (a town of 300) and graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Accounting. He has spent his career working for PricewaterhouseCoopers, as the Controller for a telecommunications marketing firm, and as the CEO/founder of a telecommunications fulfillment company.

    Jared Rodman, Director of Operations

    Jared started with WEAVE a few months after the company was founded. He has a strong background in training and management and has been able to use those tools to train Recall Solutions hygiene coordinators. Growing up with a mother as a hygienist, Jared has been around dentistry his entire life. He understands the importance of continuing care for the patient and displays that urgency in his daily work. Jared's main responsibilities include managing, training, client support, daily operations, and daily/monthly reports.

    Jared is originally from Eugene, OR and attended the University of Utah in Biology. Jared’s career has been in customer service and sales, holding positions in training and management.

    Board Of Advisors

    Steven J. Anderson

    Steve Anderson is the founder and president of the Total Patient Service Institute, co-founder of The Crown Council, and co-founder of the Smiles for Life program which has raised over $25 million for children's' charities worldwide. Over the last twenty years he has spoken at every major dental meeting, conducted hundreds of seminars, worked with thousands of dental practices to increase their productivity, written over one hundred articles for dental industry publications, authored five books, and produced dozens of audio and video learning programs.

    Steve was named the 2005 “Dental Businessman of the Year” by Excellence in Dentistry. He is President of the Ft. Worth Chapter of The Young Presidents’ Organization, Past President and Founder of the San Antonio Chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization and a 1997 Finalist in the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year contest.

    Deon Lewis

    Deon has spent the better part of 25 years as a marketing and advertising executive. He has been a partner in two ad agencies, in Georgia and in Utah. He has served as CMO of a $150M consumer goods company, as Account Director for New York based McCann Erickson/Salt Lake as well as Senior Vice president for New York based Grey World/San Francisco.

    Deon’s career has encompassed working with packaged goods clients such as Sanderson Farms and franchisor Glass Doctor as well as tech clients such as Oracle, Intel, McAfee and Dell. His experience ranges from development for web strategies, strategic messaging research and development for sales and marketing all the way to high-impact direct mail campaign strategies and tactical execution.

    Deon presently serves as COO of Jones&Bonevac a marketing efficiency and effectiveness consultancy based in Austin, Texas. His responsibilities include the day-to-day operations and support for development of products and services for clients such as Microsoft and WalMart.
